fuckyeahretailrobin: This happens on a daily basis. I’ll say no, the customer will get really mad and tell me to call a manager. My manager comes and says the exact same thing, and suddenly the customer turns into a sweet, understanding person. Really hate this when it happens but thats when I just smile at them and say that I will gladly call my manager over just to make them look stupid!

I am like, ‘Really?, you just walked through a HUGE sign that says BED BATH & BEYOND, not BATH AND BODY WORKS. We are totally two different companies.’ and then they storm out all pissed like it was our fault. Sometimes customers say, “Isn’t it the same store?” Really? -___- What pisses me off the most is when they come in shop around and try to use BATH AND BODY WORKS GIFT CARDS, then they leave the items there saying they thought it was a gift card for Bed Bath & Beyond. SMH. I know this has happened to my fellow robins who work at Bed Bath and Beyond.  Yes it did when I worked there haha
Sometimes I do this when I know for a fact we don’t have the item just so they won’t bitch and complain lol
